To register, you are welcome to use the form below. This will create an email with all the specified information. You can check this again before sending it or add further information. Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail to gvdb24@fernuni-hagen.de without using the form. In this case, please make sure that you include all the information we ask for in the form.

Please note that registration is only possible until April 22 due to hotel contingents!

After registration, we will send out the bills for the registration fee (500€). This registration fee includes:

  • Workshop participation
  • 2 nights (May 22 and 23) in a single room in the conference hotel, including breakfast
  • Coffee breaks (all three workshop days)
  • Dinner (May 22 and 23)
  • Lunch (May 23 and 24)

The program will start on May 22 at 14:00 and will end on May 24 after lunch (14:00).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before April 22, 2024 will be subject to an 80% processing fee
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation after April 22, 2024
